By accessing or using Spell-Tester 听写练习 ("Spell-Tester", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended to be operated by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child.
Spell-Tester is an educational web application that helps parents organise spelling and dictation practice for their children. Key features include:
Free accounts are permanently free with no time limit. Free plan features include:

Premium subscriptions unlock additional child profiles, more list types, and cloud storage. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are as shown at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You are responsible for keeping your account PIN confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds are not available except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at lorrainelai@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price changes to active Premium subscribers via the email address associated with their Stripe account.

Word lists, pinyin, meanings, and example sentences are generated using Google Gemini AI. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. We strongly recommend that parents review word lists before using them for practice. We accept no liability for errors in AI-generated content.
Photos you upload for word-list creation are sent to Google Gemini for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Spell-Tester application, its code, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Word lists and content you create using the Service remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs or security vulnerabilities. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spell-Tester and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes to the Terms, we will provide at least 14 days' notice to Premium subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Free users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Premium subscribers who are terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
